Achievements:
* Expanded the Kindergarten section with holistic, hands-on teaching that included art, sharing my love of books, music, and varied activities.
* Shared my vision of integrating the expanded Kindergarten section into the feeder programme to continue a thorough train to Baker & Bloom Academy, implemented in August 2021.
* Conducted online learning via Google Meet and Zoom, using Aww whiteboard app, with children as young as four years old during the social unrest and the pandemic.
* Modified and expanded the existing curriculum to include differentiated learning from K1 – Gr.2, given that most of my students were ESL learners.
* Tailored coaching sessions according to the needs of individual children and the expected academic
performance, keeping in mind their age, emotional development, and varied background.
* Successfully prepared students entering DBS and St. Paul's Coed and a student who had been accepted by five top UK Primary schools, including the prestigious Tormead School.
* Built care, trust, and confidentiality relationships with the children and their parents/caregivers.
* Conducted hybrid learning with some children preferring onsite lessons whilst others continue with online classes.

Fairchild Kindergarten - Lead Educator
Classes taught:
• Playgroups from 12 - 24 months (Weekday afternoons)

As an Educator, I:

• Focused on the children's whole development in a play-based environment to cultivate their curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
• Taught and based learning on the British Columbia and Ontario, Canada, Early Learning Frameworks, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) from the UK.
• Used various methods based on the Reggio Emilia approach to facilitate learning; children are driven by their interests and investigations to understand and learn. They have 'Hundred Languages' to express their learning differently.

Braemar Hill Nursery School- K2 Level English Coordinator
Responsible for the continuous improvement of our pupils' language development through coordinating with the K2 English team of 6 teachers.
Continued to teach a K2 and a K3 class of 12 students in each respective class.
Duties:
• Setting up regular meetings with management to provide progress updates on the school's success and academic progress.
• Motivating staff to be positive and adapt to the changing educational methods.
