Cathay strategist/Georgetown Masters with proven track record of professional writing, editing, and English language arts
Hi there! I'm Sophia. I was born and raised in Washington, DC, to an American mother and Chinese father. I'm a native English speaker with specialties in writing, editing, and literature -- as well as professional services such as resume writing and college essays. I've been an editor for S&P Global, a writer for publications such as China Daily USA and Time Out Hong Kong, and I am currently a content strategist for Cathay working in the travel industry. I am very patient, creative, and enthusiastic about tutoring English. I have a Master's degree in Journalism from Georgetown University as well. I speak Mandarin on a conversational level, but prefer to work in English primarily. In my spare time, I enjoy writing my book (I am a creative writer who writer fiction and poetry!), swimming, and hanging out with my friends and family. I hope to work with you soon :)Contact Tutor
