Responsible for preparing and delivering lessons to learners, and also pursuing all continuing education requirements associated with the position as an online English teacher and for my professional growth, I am currently taking Masters in ECE.

As a teacher, knowing the learners based on their basic information and background is crucial to engaging them in the classroom. I make decisions with the environment, materials, and social integration to promote learners' language learning. Planning a meaningful lesson to foster language learning and to help them develop their learning strategies and critical thinking skills. It is vital to monitor constantly my learners by observing them and their responses to whether they reach the learning goals. Also, as an educator, since learners learn at different rates, monitoring and assessing the learners regularly is essential for their language development and learning, so I gather data to measure their learning growth by administering tests like pretest and post-test, giving quizzes and recitations. Lastly, I collaborate with other professionals to provide the best support to my learners to advance their learning efficiently.
