Professional Rugby Player with 12 years coaching experience in the UK. BSc in Physical Education and Sports Coaching, TEFL.

I have recently moved to Hong Kong from the UK where I played professional rugby for 8 years. I am currently teaching English and playing rugby for Kowloon.

Alongside my playing career I gained extensive coaching experience. I coached a variety of ages and levels, ranging from beginner to professional academy. I am a highly passionate, reliable and enthusiastic coach, who enjoys helping young players reach their full potential. I can offer sessions that focus on overall fitness, strength and conditioning, basic rugby skills and position specific skills.

I also have experience teaching English and working in a kindergarten. I strive to ensure that all my lessons are engaging, interactive, challenging and fun to ensure the best possible outcomes for my students.
