Hello there, my name is Megan and I am a Native speaking English Teacher in Hong Kong. Available to tutor children from 3-16 and adults. Thursdays and Saturday mornings.

I have been teaching English in Hong Kong for nine years and have been very content and happy doing so thus far. I began my journey in Hong Kong in 2012 and I have found the experiences to be enriching, rewarding and fulfilling. Over this time I have developed a love and passion for teaching English in a creative, innovative and healthy environment. I thoroughly enjoy creating a safe and happy space for all types of students to learn and improve their English. Seeing learners grow and express themselves with ease and enthusiasm is my way of giving back to the community where there may be a need.

My approach to young learners is to observe and attempt methods that suit each student's personality best. Each learner retains information in their own way and providing tools for them to gain the best results in all areas of English is the main objective. I firmly believe in fun and engaging learning within the boundaries of good work ethic and time management.

I have experience in teaching children between the ages of 18 months to 15 years. Ranging from Playgroup, Phonics, examination preparation and Interview preparation. I have also been involved in teaching specialized courses that focus on spelling, grammar, research based learning.

Being an artistic and creative person myself, I also have enjoyed leading art classes and free expression styled lessons for those who are looking for a more creativity and interaction. Whatever your needs may be, I am open-minded, flexible and excited to provide materials and lessons that best suit the student to reach their objective successfully.
