Lauren has eight years of experience working in two renowned U.S. universities’ admissions offices. She understands the components of student success and happiness and is passionate about helping students develop a healthy mindset and an enjoyable learning experience with English, DSE, and overall life skills.

Her mentees have gone on to universities of their choice, such as HKU, HKUST, London School of Economics, Columbia University, Yale, and Wharton School of UPenn.

Lauren is passionate about the growth and fulfillment education brings, for “In learning, you will teach, and in teaching, you will learn.” She recently completed her professional studies in Learning Design; and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Higher Education. Journalism and Communication is her undergraduate major, and her master's degree is in Leadership and Organization.
