Eda stepped on the yoga mat for the first time in 2005 and since experienced remarkable transformation in her life. She finds yoga can improve her body and mind be more peaceful & healthy.

Yoga is a gift and my mission is to shed light on it, I believe we can take as much or as little as we want from yoga as long as it benefits our life, and as such. I want to share what I know and never stop learning!
