Nice to meet you. I'm Byron.

I'm a graduate of the University of Cambridge and King's College London, with a solid background in research, business, the humanities, and social sciences. I am a native English speaker with the ability to communicate in casual, formal, and professional settings.

Over the past 12 years, I've worked across consulting, market research, and government in international professional services. I've recently relocated to Hong Kong.

I've spent more than a decade in higher education and have plenty of experience mentoring university students.

I offer one-on-one support in areas like English tutoring, creative writing, and research skills, using both traditional methods and newer tools (not just AI!). I can also help with public speaking, interview prep, and any situation where you want to come across more confidently to others, no matter the size of the group.

For younger students, I am happy to support with IB economics and history and any form of English tutoring requirements.

I have a flexible schedule and am happy to offer sessions from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday. These can take place at your home or online, although I prefer the former.
