As former President of Maths society, President of the Academic Scholar’s society, Chair of MUN club and Deputy Headboy at Cheltenham College, I have given over 30 talks primarily on STEM subjects to large group of audiences. I have also achieved 11 grade 9s in IGCSE and A*A*A*A*A in A level Physics, Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and EPQ. This makes me experienced in helping others break down complex problems into simple steps to create a vivid understanding of a concept, while directing tutees on different approaches in problem-solving. Most importantly, I always introduce real world applications of taught concepts to create an interest in tutees and to make concepts more memorable. I will also guide tutees through proven exam-technique and exam revision methods to help tutees succeed in exams. Giving over 50 tutoring lessons on IGCSE, MYP, GCSE and A-level, I am able to tailor to individual needs and learning styles of tutees to help them excel in exams and to find an interest in the beauty of mathematics and the natural sciences.
