Experienced and enthusiastic teacher with 15+ years in the classroom. I have taught all ages from pre-school to university classes and would love to tutor you or your child! I can tutor in all levels of English or Mandarin Chinese!

I taught Global Studies and US History in the American classroom for 9 years. I also taught ESL in Hangzhou, China for 5 years and I taught high school Mandarin, Chinese. I even taught 章子怡 English for a month! I can tutor any English level from early phonics to high school level reading and writing. I specialize in secondary English reading comprehension and I spent the last 9 years in the US classroom specializing in reading comprehension for ages 12-15.

As a tutor, my strengths are teaching students the ability to self-direct, problem solve and enjoy the learning process. I want to guide them in acquiring the skills and confidence they need to grow and succeed in language learning and beyond.
