Tailor Made Lessons With A Highly Qualified British Primary School Teacher

Hi! My name’s Aimee and I’m a highly qualified EDB NET scheme teacher currently teaching P1-6 students at a primary school on Hong Kong Island.
As someone who graduated in London with a First-Class Honours degree in Creative Writing, I have a passionate
interest in literature and the English language and delight in teaching it. As well as my BA, I also obtained an MA in the same subject. In addition, I have Cambridge English teaching certificate, as well as over 10 years of experience of teaching both in the U.K and Hong Kong. As a result, I have experience with both the local and the British curriculum and have taught both international and local students.
My current work as a primary school teacher involves implementing the EDB curriculum to a diverse range of abilities
through the teaching of phonics, oral lessons, shared reading, and guided reading.
After many happy years teaching in Hong Kong, I am now set to change direction and will be returning to my home in the U.K, where I intend to set up my own online tutoring business. Therefore, whilst I can meet you and your child face to face up until August, I will be switching to full time online tutoring after this. In the U.K, I will be invested in keeping up to date with the
latest international teaching methodologies which I will incorporate into my online lessons.
