Math Tutor for Primary School (Year 6) Twins
Location: Kowloon City, Hong Kong
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and patient Math tutor to help our twin children, who are currently in Year 6 at an ESF school in a PYP program. While one twin is performing well, the other requires extra support to strengthen foundational skills and build confidence in Math.
Responsibilities:
• Provide in-home Math tutoring sessions for both twins, once or twice a week.
• Focus on helping one child reinforce foundational concepts and improve understanding.
• Offer challenging and enriching materials for the child who is already excelling.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to each child’s individual needs and pace.
• Collaborate with parents to track progress and adjust tutoring strategies as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in tutoring primary-level Mathematics (Year 6 or equivalent).
• Familiarity with the ESF or similar international school curricula is preferred.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly, using engaging methods that encourage understanding and curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Must be able to travel to Kowloon City for in-home tutoring.
