Medical Student Tutor Specialising in IB and GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Geography online or in Lai Chi Kok

I am currently a second-year medical student at HKU and strongly believe in effective, structured, and guided learning. My approach focuses on providing concise, high-yield explanations and notes that help students not only achieve strong exam results but also develop a deeper understanding and long-term appreciation of the subject.

In terms of academic background, I have achieved high grades in IB with higher level subjects in Biology, Chemistry and Maths AA. I have also achieved 10 Grade 9s at GCSE level.

I believe that active learning, consistent practice especially exam type questions, and regular review are essential for success. I tailor my teaching style to each student’s individual pace and learning preferences, adapting my methods to strengthen their understanding, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their knowledge, and becoming more independent and confident in their studies.
