Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships with client families and students, and manage the client portfolios.
Provide advice for academic progressions and international school and college options (training will be provided).
Provide timely and professional support throughout the application processes, observing deadlines closely.
Act as a point of contact and bridge of communication between the client and other supporting parties in the team.
Requirements

Overseas university graduate (from USA, UK, Australia or Canada)
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
A customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and timelines simultaneously
Sensitive towards students’ needs and able to build up good relationship with clients
Good understanding of the overseas education system
A can-do, professional attitude with a good initiative to learn new skills and knowledge for the position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Some familiarity with boarding school and college admissions are preferable.

5-day work week (Mon-Fri).
Prime working location in Sheung Wan, 2 minutes of walk from the MTR station.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
