Experienced, patient and flexible tutor 經驗豐富，耐心且靈活的導師

I have been in education field for more than 16 years. From 2008, I started tutoring students of different age different subjects including math, English.

As I see it, there are no fixed rules that can universally applied to all students. Each individual student has his or her obstacles, background and mindset. For each of the students coming to me for help, we would talk and I would try to get to know the student more including what they were doing, problems that they were facing and what they wanted me to help. It enables me to prepare the plan which is suitable for them. Periodically, we would go back to what we had set and review how close to the goal we were; and then adjust the plan accordingly.
It is actually an improvement cycle that has been in the market for decades. I apply this to help students with their study.

The reason I have been in this field for so long is probably because of my outgoing personality. I like interacting with people sharing with each other experience, knowledge and almost everything. Also, being able to lead students through their difficult time brings me sense of satisfaction and further widen my horizon which I can apply to other students in need of my help.
